Amy Ritter
LMT | Licensed Message Therapist
With my genuine love of bodywork, I chose massage therapy as a career to assist with pain and stress management while inspiring and promoting a restorative sense of wellness to the lives of my clientele.
I have been practicing as a full time massage therapist since graduating from Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodyworks’ Sports and Deep Tissue Program in 2000. Always in the lifelong pursuit of learning, I have completed training in several modalities, including John Barnes MFR I, Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage. With a commitment to pain relief, I received certification in Neuromuscular Therapy through Joanie Holst and the NMT Center which has effectively helped me to address the thoracic, pelvic, and lumbar muscles, and conditions such as TMJ dysfunction, headaches, military neck, as well as enhance respiratory function.
Exceptionally invested in my clients, I thoughtfully tailor each session to suit the individual’s specific needs, my approach is a careful blend of problem solving and pampering, ensuring your comfort is my top priority.
With the understanding that the human body possesses an enormous, astonishing, and persistent capacity to heal itself, I seek to facilitate this process by providing favorable conditions for repair and renewal. Massage isn’t just a job, it’s my passion; I care deeply about my craft and cultivate an experience that consistently brings relief.
From our Clients
With her knowledge of muscle anatomy, different types of massage, and soothing environment, Amy Ritter creates the ultimate massage experience. I declare with confidence that she is the best masseuse I have ever visited. She starts with a consultation about your trouble spots and then seamlessly works from one to the next using her time wisely to deliver you a richly customized, luxuriously relaxing and abundantly purposeful massage. Bye, bye, tension!”
